Terms and conditions

Version 2026-08-04Last updated: August 2026

01Acceptance of the terms

These terms apply between you and Besparro (a privately run service), maintained by a private individual. By using Besparro you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

02Description of the service

Besparro provides a price-comparison service for supermarket products. Prices are retrieved periodically and may differ from the current in-store price. Displayed prices, promotions and totals are for comparison only — the final price is always the price at the till. Besparro gives no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information shown. Besparro is not affiliated with the supermarkets mentioned; brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

03Free service and your account

  • Besparro is completely free. There are no subscriptions or paid features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You can delete your account at any time via Account → Your data.
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

04Acceptable use

  • The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not scrape, overload or disrupt the service.
  • You may not circumvent security measures or attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

05Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer of Besparro is not liable for indirect damages or damages arising from use of the service, incorrect price information or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (such as intent or deliberate recklessness).

06Changes

We may change these terms and the service. For significant changes we will notify you via the website or by email. Continued use of the service after a change means the new terms apply.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
